Life Savers Wint-o-green. Please do not get confused between polos in the UK and Life Savers. Life Savers were first produced in 1912, however Polos did not get produced until 1948 and it wasn't until 1955 before they were given their "hole" and later still before fruit candy flavours were introduced following the mint! Original Life Savers Wint-o-green was first launched in 1918 but were re-launched in 2006 as one of the first ever flavours of Life Savers following the company take-over by Wrigleys. Excellent as an unusual stocking filler.

York peppermint patties. York peppermint patty has been eagerly requested over the years. A rich dark chocolate enrobed peppermint candy, made by Hershey's. This candy reminds me of the old Viscount biscuit from my childhood & the original Fry's peppermint cream which my grandfather always had stashed away for a treat. This is utter heaven. If you love dark chocolate & peppermint but don't want to worry too much about weight gain while indulging then this candy is right up your street.
